1. Scope
1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all offers, orders, and sales made via the website artfrombali.com operated by Dahler Vending (“we”, “our”, “us”).
1.2 By placing an order, the customer (“you”) agrees to these Terms.
2. Products
2.1 Our collection consists primarily of handmade, unique artworks and decorative objects imported from Bali, Indonesia.
2.2 Because items are handcrafted, slight variations in color, size, or design may occur. These are not considered defects.
2.3 Product descriptions and images are provided for guidance only.
3. Orders & Payments
3.1 Prices are stated in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.
3.2 Orders are confirmed once payment has been received.
3.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if fraud, misuse, or technical errors are suspected.
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 We deliver within the European Union. Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to customs procedures or international transport delays.
4.2 If import duties, local taxes, or handling fees apply outside the EU, these are the responsibility of the customer.
4.3 Risk of loss passes to you once the product has been delivered to the delivery address provided.
5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
5.1 In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the product.
5.2 Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Unique handmade artworks, where each item is one-of-a-kind.
- Items that, by their nature, cannot be returned without damage or significant cost.
5.3 If a return is applicable, you must notify us in writing (email) within 14 days of receiving the product.
5.4 Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
5.5 Refunds will be made within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
6. Defects & Complaints
6.1 If a product arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographic evidence.
6.2 Minor variations in handmade products do not constitute defects.
6.3 We will either offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
7. Liability
7.1 We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of income, data, or enjoyment.
7.2 Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
7.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping providers.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All content on artfrombali.com, including text, images, and designs, is our property or used with permission.
8.2 It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without written consent.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
9.2 Disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in [City, The Netherlands].
