Terms and Conditions

  1. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all orders and purchases of handmade paintings through our website. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

  1. Products

2.1 All paintings are entirely handmade and unique. As a result, slight variations compared to the photos on the website may occur.
2.2 Colors may differ slightly due to screen settings and lighting.

  1. Orders and Delivery

3.1 Each order is made on request. The estimated delivery time is stated during the ordering process but is indicative.
3.2 Deliveries take place at the address provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for entering the correct address details.
3.3 We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or force majeure situations.

  1. Prices and Payment

4.1 All prices on the website include VAT (if applicable) and exclude shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Payments must be completed in full before an order goes into production.
4.3 We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.

  1. Money-Back Guarantee (Cashback)

We aim for 100% satisfaction. Our cashback policy is as follows:

5.1 No Money-Back Guarantee:

  • Lost shipments caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Items that have been correctly delivered but where the customer is dissatisfied with the style or interpretation of the artist (custom artwork).

  • Incorrect address delivery (incorrect address details entered by the customer).

5.2 Money-Back Guarantee Applies:

  • Paintings that arrive clearly damaged due to shipping (photo evidence within 48 hours after delivery required).

  • If we deliver the wrong product (for example, a painting that does not match the order).

  1. Cancellations and Changes

6.1 Because the paintings are custom-made, orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
6.2 Minor design adjustments can only be requested within 24 hours after placing the order.

  1. Shipping and Risk

7.1 Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, the risk transfers to the customer.
7.2 For lost shipments caused by carrier errors, we will offer an appropriate solution (replacement or partial reimbursement).

  1. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages, including emotional disappointment.

  • Damage caused by improper use or maintenance of the painting.

  1. Intellectual Property

All designs and paintings remain the intellectual property of the artist. Reproduction or commercial distribution without permission is prohibited.

  1. Complaints

Complaints can be submitted via info@artfrombali.com. We strive to respond within 5 working days.

  1. Applicable Law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
